The Arbor Estate | 7BR · Fire Pit + Yard

This house is great! There were 8 of us, all grown men, 7 had their own bedroom and 1 stayed on the giant couch. Very comfortable. There were left over beds too. The kitchen isn't huge, but we had no problem cooking for 8, and the dining room table is great. There is a 2nd kitchen downstairs that we didn't even use, but the extra fridge would be great for a longer stay. Highly recommended, and would stay again!

We had a great stay. The house easily accommodated our group of 7 with nice large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Centrally located so getting around was, well, as easy as it can be considering Seattle traffic. Would stay again!!!

Wonderful place to stay and very clean. Everything was as described and perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described and was stocked with all the travel essentials and then some. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again - Peyton is a wonderful host

This property is not as advertized. no central AC / - it has am upstairs unit that isd poorly installed and allows all kinds of creatures to crawl in and out - the fence was so worn out it fell over / overall state of the building is poor / no parking space but for 2 cars - we had 4 and had a hard time / 3 bathrooms - not functional for a 7 bed room houxe with 11 guests so if you hev a large party don't home here/ owner just knows how to apoloigize but does not address anything frannkly a huge waste of your money
