Lovely older home with very modern updates. Love that they kept the charm but added state of the art design in kitchen and bath. Quick walks to grocery and restaurants.Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Host responded to any questions we had. Our stay was enjoyable.

Dear Payton,Thank you for hosting us! Your property was the perfect solution for our 10-day stay on Capitol Hill. The size, location, dedicated parking space, and overall value were excellent.As someone who uses a walker, I found the few steps into the house manageable. Having two bedrooms and a large bath on the first floor was very convenient, in addition to the two bedrooms and half bath upstairs. The living room, dining area, main bath, and kitchen are lovely—the kitchen in particular is a cook's dream.While there is still some remodeling to be done inside and out, the house was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Don’t let the outside fool you, this house is spotless on the interior and in an ideal location around Capitol Hill. Everything you need is within walking distance. Our group of 8 had a great time. The host was super helpful when the breaker shorted and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. At this price point and located where it is, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better option. I would certainly book again if I came back up to the area.

This charming, well stocked home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

We loved our stay. Payton was very attentive and quick with communication. The home is a beautiful old home that has been renovated well. The main bathroom is in master bedroom which required a bit of extra planning but ended up not being as inconvenient as we thought. There is lots of things close by to walk to including shops, restaurants and bars. The home felt safe and secure. We over all loved our stay!
