Perfect location close to green lake and short walk to bars and restaurants, nice neighbourhood.Couple of the bedrooms could do with some hanging bars for clothing.Garden was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a bbq and the sun. We were a wedding party of ten and never felt crowded, kitchen facilities are amazing would certainly recommend to anyone.

Payton is an AMAZING host and this property is the best short term rental property we've ever rented - any where! Fully equipped, great location, and won't disappoint! It is family friendly and adult friendly.The home was immaculate, inviting, modern, with all of the creature comforts of home and then some! Particularly notable was the gourmet kitchen - stocked with All-Clad pots and pans and great (Henkel) knifes - we love to cook and entertain and made good use of it! As well, there is a big fridge and a separate wine fridge and a real pantry to store things in. The large island in the center made for great family time and conversation.Other outstanding features include the air hockey table - a fully usable exercise room - and an office with great internet speed. As well, the heating bathroom floors and Toto self-lifting bidet toilets are a huge gift! There is also a Weber grill and the landscaping was inviting and meticulous. We took advantage of the house's great location to Greenlake and the bakeries up on Phinney Ridge main road. What a great experience!
