Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect! Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient location. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!!

The space was perfect for spending time together, around the table and in the living room. It's sunny and very clean, with a handy downstairs half-bath. The kitchen has plenty of space for storing food and cooking. The outside is pretty, especially the holly trees. The neighborhood is attractive and very walkable, within easy distance of a small, pretty park, a greenway, and the grassy campus of a community college, as well as the light rail. It's also easy to get to major highways. The check-in and check-out were super easy, and although we didn't need to contact the hosts, all communication was quick, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend this place--pretty neighborhood, friendly space, and easy access to all things Seattle.

The property was in a great location just outside of downtown Seattle. The property had safe off street parking, and it was covered. The neighborhood was very quiet, despite the police station being right around the corner. The home was beautiful with an updated modern decor and it was filled with everything we needed during our stay. The home was exceptionally clean. Payton was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to all our communication with the intent that we really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking to spend time in the Seattle area I highly recommend booking this property. We will definitely look to book here again when we return to the beautiful emerald city!
