NEW Family-Friendly Retreat – Sleeps 16 | Movie Theater, Game Room & More!

Great place for large groups and for wine tasting; nice host.A group of five and I booked this property for five nights in November for a weekend of sightseeing and wine tasting. We were very happy with the property - it is well-appointed and close to Woodinville, which is the location of many tasting rooms, as well as Seattle (easy drive to the airport) and the ferry to Bainbridge Island. The neighborhood is quiet and there are grocery stores nearby, which makes everything easy. There are many bedrooms which makes it nice for large groups. Overall, we recommend it highly.

Perfect house for a family gathering ahead of a wedding! Lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - all in spotless condition. Lots of room in the "public spaces" namely the kitchen and adjacent eating area and sitting area. The open plan gave us the elbow room we hoped for. We were 14 adults.Kitchen was well equipped - we had everything we needed.Added bonus was the home theater in the basement with huge screen and recliner seating - but we weren't there long enough to take full advantage of this.Property description is accurate. I would love to rent this house again.

There were more than enough space for 3 families with 6 littles to stay for a family wedding happening near by. This place was spacious and all the rooms were clean and had a lot of natural light! There was so much space for the littles to run around to play in the lower level where the game room was located and on the 1st floor living rooms. Everyone loved the theatre where we got to catch kpop demon hunter! It was a very nice touch to have the small teepee and wooden blocks for youngest in the group to be entertained. This was an older home with many modern amenities. We were also glad the rooms were equiped with individual AC units espcially for the 2nd floor. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the features! Payton was super responsive for the asks and questions that we had since this was a newer listing. All our families agreed that we would stay there again if we were to gather in Seattle again.

This lovely house was the perfect house for our family weekend stay for our daughter's wedding in the area! It is very clean and spacious; has comfortable beds, great backyard and outdoor seating too! We will keep it on our list for possible future stays.
