Modern 3BR in the Heart of Ballard | Private Patio

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ballard. Super convenient and walkable location!

Overall it was a great stay - the condo was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - walking distance to so many things, we didn't park in the gararge, but found street parking quite easy.

This very clean, perfectly located property in Ballard offers easy walkability to grocery, shops, and restaurants. The bus is close-by (and Seattle’s bus service is good). The two bedrooms with attached baths upstairs and the bedroom downstairs from the main are simply appointed and were good for us. A third full bath is on the main floor. The entrance is small and awkward (especially since we arrived in snow and rain with coats, boots, and luggage), but that’s not something that can be changed. You must climb stairs to get to the main floor (the third bedroom is around the corner from the entrance). The open kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room were good for my small group. We had trouble with the WiFi when we arrived, and while we ultimately solved it ourselves, messages were answered very quickly and kindly. There are little balconies everywhere as well as well as a nice patio off the basement bedroom for when the weather is nice. Overall, this property lived up to my expectations for the size and price point. And the communication with the property managers was the best I’ve ever had.

Loved that basically each bedroom had a bathroom to use. Great location. Parking in the garage is tricky and vehicle MUST be on the smaller side to fit. We had some issues with entry code and heating system but they were addressed right away.
