Waterfront Beach House 4BD|Hot Tub|Outdoor Shower

My feedback to our host:We had a wonderful time. The home was fabulous! So beautifully done and so modern. The views were spectacular and being there in a storm was quite an adventure. No power for a few hours, so would suggest you leave more working flashlights for guests renting during the stormy season. The wet leaves made it quite slippery leaving the property. A push broom should be handy in order to clear the leaves. Make sure when someone rents from you that they know the unit downstairs is only accessible from outside. One other issue regarding the bathrooms would be to have nonslip bath rugs because the floors when wet from water getting out of the shower were extremely slippery. A very memorable trip with my sisters and nieces was had. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful property! Waterfront views with a charming garden scape out to the water. There were harbor seals swimming around in the channel, and a heron perched on the buoy for hours. We loved the kitchen and dining space. The only hitch was finding the property. The houses are very close together and it wasn't immediately clear which house was which. The map link provided in the confirmation was pointing to a different house. Arrive before dark if possible. Other than that, everything was great! The host, Payton, was quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate with throughout the whole booking process.

This is a great family get away! Had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th Anniversary with family. Great beach walks and walks in parks!

It was a wonderful place to stay! Our kids had a great time exploring the rocky shore and we really enjoyed the sea kayaks - what a treat! It was clean and beautiful. The only thing I would note is that the basement unit with 4th queen bed is only accessible via the outside. We will be back! Thank you!

Amazing property, architecture and features. Host was always quick to respond via messages, and answered all questions - Anticipated guests needs.Kitchen and all bathrooms updated within past 4 years. VERY clean. Luxury linens and rustic modern vibe.Waterfront access in our own front yard was major win. The preschool grandkids loved the shells, rocks and crabs. Low tide surfaces were heavy with barnacles and crabs. Wear sturdy water foot wear.Two kayaks at seawall ready to use. Outdoor shower worked well.A few things to Note.Lower level is only accessible via deck stairs or yard. Area lacks the gorgeous windows of upstairs, and only has tile floor. Not an equitable arrangement to other rooms.No AC, we knew this in advance but with summer temps locally at 86 degrees, bedrooms were even hotter so we brought fans in for our stay.Window blinds only open via remote, which was not always functioning.Parking is limited but could possibly accommodate 4 smaller cars, and still keep access drive clear.Driveway is steep with hairpin turns. Standard van just handled it, taking the corners wide.Highly reccommend!
