Modern Ballard Loft w/Rooftop Views

Very clean and convenient to downtown Seattle. Parking was no problem. We didn’t use the off-street parking space as we always found parking on the street directly in front of the property. The beds were very comfortable and the roof deck was a plus. It’s important to note that are 3 floors separated by quite a few stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider for those with mobility issues (one of the beds and full baths was on the first floor, as was the pullout couch),Overall. It was a great place and Payton (host) was always quickly to answer any questions we had.

The host is friendly and quick to respond. Check-in was easy, and the dedicated parking was helpful. Air-conditioning on the second and third floor was a blessing on several warmer days during our stay.If you are to book this home for your stay, I would suggest ear plugs (provided) due to the street noise at night. Additionally, if you are sensitive to bright morning light, bring a sleep mask. Also, be prepared to get your steps in, as this unit has 3 floors, and a rooftop patio. The carpet could use a good deep cleaning or full replacement/removal. Construction was just starting on the lot next door, the day we were checking-out.

Host was very responsive, parking is easy. Place was very clean and spacious, in a nice neighborhood and not far from downtown. Lots of waterfront parks nearby. Only downside is the proximity to the main road and traffic noise. Overall would recommend.

We had a great stay here. The property was just as listed, super clean, great location and we used 2 of the recommendations from the host for places to eat and both were delicious! All in all, pretty much perfect. Thank you!
